Advisors
- Andrew Berry
A hospitality industry professional with over 15 years senior level consulting experience for clients in leisure real estate development, management and operation. Andrew focuses on strategic planning, market research, feasibility analysis and development solutions for mixed use properties incorporating leisure hotels and real estate components. He has helped numerous clients ranging from international hospitality companies to independent developers with the design, implementation and management of leisure resorts.
Previously, he was at NorthCourse Leisure Real Estate Solutions, a Group RCI company where he led a team of professionals, providing market research and advisory services throughout Europe and the Middle East. He joined NorthCourse from Group RCI Andrew where he held a number of financial and affiliate servicing roles within RCI Europe and RCI Consulting, gaining a strong understanding of the shared ownership and general hospitality industries. Andrew also worked for the accountancy firm Touche Ross, specialising in business planning for “start up” ventures. He has a BA Joint Honours in Economics and Economic Geography and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
- Tom McCallum
A Scots Chartered Accountant who has been based in the Cayman Islands for many years, Tom has a wealth of experience and in tourism development projects at all stages of development and operation, with a particular focus and expertise with mixed use resorts. A founder member of the Globalscot network Globalscot.com of influential Scots successful in business worldwide, Tom has been closely involved for several years with national level initiatives aimed at bringing large mixed use and master planned "magnet" resort developments to Scotland.
Tom has a longstanding relationship with the principals of Bespoke Resorts and is available on a consultative basis to our clients for project evaluation and planning engagements.
